Tropical Tango Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 4 strawberries
Method:
- Peel and chop banana
- Place coconut water, strawberries, banana, and frozen raspberries in blender in that order
- Mix & Go: Blend for 15-30 seconds or until smooth and well combined
Serves 2-4
